Membership:
- Cancellation & Refund of any membership plan is eligible if the cancellation request is raise within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Refund will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 business days (transaction fees as per govt. rules may applicable).
- Once membership plan is initiated for cancellation request you are not eligible to earn any reward points from any merchant and your earned reward points are no longer eligible to redeem and refund under any circumstances.
- Reward points you earned from Digital Reward can be redeem on your next purchase to the digital reward merchant who offer you loyalty points. But if you cancel your purchase at the merchant then your redeemed points will not be refunded back to your wallet. If you amend your purchase then your bill amount should not lesser than your redeem amount otherwise it will be lost and no refund.
- If you use Digital Reward Point or DRP to purchase something and then returns or cancel the order, then you will not receive a refund of the DRP you used. If you amend your purchase or order, then your purchase or order value should not less than your redeemed amount otherwise excess redeemed amount will be lost.
Merchant:
- Merchants are eligible to cancel registration only after 3 months from the date of registration.
- Merchant registration fee is not refundable.
- DRP for a merchant is refundable to your bank account within 7 business days (transaction fees as per govt. rules may applicable).
- Once requested for cancellation, all transaction will be freeze immediately including sales, redeem and upline income.
Membership Cancellation Procedure:
- Step 1: Simply write an email for cancellation and refund at info@digitalreward.in
- Step 2: Our representative will review your request if any suspicious activity is done with your account.
- Step 3: Our accounts team will process your refund back to your bank account within 7 business days from the date of placing your request.
Digital Reward Shopping Return & Refund Policy
Return
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on info@digitalreward.in
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return & replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Cash Refund
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
Refund as Digital Reward Point (DRP)
For Refund as DRP, we will credit the refund DRP amount to your DRP wallet within 48 hours of receiving the refund request.
